Price match opportunity valid only in connection with the purchase of new or used consumer vehicles meant for operation by the owner for personal, family, or recreational purposes with new BraunAbility conversion.​   To be eligible for a price match opportunity, the prospective customer must provide United Access a written offer from a US-based, BraunAbility-authorized dealer located within fifty (50) miles of a United Access store. The offer must be for a matching competitive vehicle that is dated within five (5) business days of presentation to United Access. The offer submission must (1) include the price of the chassis and conversion separately, (2) include the VIN of the competitive vehicle; and (3) identify the purported vehicle match in United Access inventory. The competitive vehicle must be an exact match in all respects, including, but not limited to, condition, color, make, model, trim, options, year, mileage (within 1000 miles), to a specific vehicle currently available for sale to consumers in United Access’s inventory. ​If United Access determines the customer has identified an eligible price match opportunity pursuant to these terms and conditions, it will present an offer to sell its matching vehicle in inventory at the price match price, and such offer will be valid for three (3) business days from the time of issue. If customer accepts the price match price offer within twenty-four (24) hours, United Access will provide an additional $250 off the price match price. ​In no event will the price match opportunity be available in connection with the sale of a vehicle for which a third-party payor will make payment, other than ordinary course vehicle financing by an auto lending institution. ​5.
